Overview

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Solution Engineer with expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Observability & Management. You will build solutions, support customers in evaluating, designing, and implementing end-to-end visibility across OCI workloads. Guide customers on best practices, logging, telemetry strategy, data governance, and integration across OCI services.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect OCI Observability & Management solutions for customer workloads.
• Guide customers in evaluating and implementing end-to-end visibility strategies.
• Develop logging, tracing, and telemetry best practices for OCI environments.
• Support data governance and compliance in observability implementations.
• Integrate OCI services like Logging Analytics, APM, and Events for holistic monitoring.
• Lead proof-of-concept demos and workshops for OCI observability tools.
• Troubleshoot and optimize customer OCI deployments for performance and cost.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive customer adoption of OCI services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, preferably OCI or AWS/Azure.
• Deep expertise in OCI Observability services (Logging, APM, Metrics, Events).
• Strong knowledge of telemetry, tracing, and monitoring best practices.
• Experience with data governance, SIEM integration, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to present technical solutions.
