Overview

The Oracle Health Configuration Center seeks an intermediate Senior Configuration Analyst to configure the Oracle Health Nursing solution for implementation. This hybrid role in Kansas City, MO, supports nursing module deployments. Note: No visa sponsorship available; candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Health Nursing modules to meet client specifications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Perform unit testing and validation of configured workflows.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to optimize clinical processes.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and implement resolutions.
• Document configurations and create user guides for end-users.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions.
• Assist in go-live activities and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Health or similar EHR systems.
• Strong knowledge of nursing workflows and clinical documentation.
• Proficiency in Oracle Health configuration tools and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare IT, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work hybrid in Kansas City, MO (no visa sponsorship).
