Overview

We are hiring a Senior Configuration Analyst for Oracle Health Charge Services in our hybrid Kansas City, MO office. This intermediate-level role requires deep solution knowledge in Charge Services and cross-training in related solutions. Note: No visa sponsorship is available; candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle Health Charge Services modules to support billing and revenue cycle operations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for Charge Services implementations.
• Cross-train on additional Oracle Health solutions to provide comprehensive support.
• Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to optimize charge capture and reimbursement processes.
• Develop and document configuration standards, workflows, and user guides.
• Support user training, go-live activities, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Configuration Analyst in Oracle Health or similar healthcare systems.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Health Charge Services (Charge Description Master, pricing, etc.).
• Intermediate knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management and billing processes.
• Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
