Overview

Oracle is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee onsite construction of data centers by colocation providers across the United States. This critical role ensures projects meet schedule, quality, and design requirements while delivering state-of-the-art facilities at scale and pace. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities performed by colocation providers to ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Monitor construction quality, identifying and resolving deviations from design specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and vendors, to mitigate risks and delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and progress reporting to Oracle leadership.
• Manage change orders, budget tracking, and cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Facilitate commissioning, testing, and handover of completed data center facilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colocation partners to optimize future collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects with colocation providers.
• Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, MEP systems, and data center standards.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams onsite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
