Based in India, this role drives innovative banking solutions using Flexcube and Java technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Flexcube modules for core banking systems using Java.
• Provide technical consulting on Flexcube implementations and upgrades.
• Design, code, and test Java-based applications integrated with Flexcube.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver compliant solutions per Oracle standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in core banking environments.
• Conduct system analysis and recommend optimizations for Flexcube performance.
• Mentor junior developers on Java and Flexcube best practices.
• Support customer deployments and provide post-implementation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Java development and Flexcube.
• Strong knowledge of core banking domain and Oracle methodologies.
