Senior Consultant - Oracle Health - Emergency Department

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health Millennium solutions for Emergency Departments across Federal agencies. You will lead implementations, optimize clinical workflows, and ensure seamless integration with federal healthcare systems. Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle Health Millennium Emergency Department modules for federal clients.
• Lead implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live and post-activation support.
• Optimize clinical workflows, including triage, patient tracking, and discharge processes.
• Conduct system demonstrations, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for end-users.
• Integrate Oracle Health solutions with federal EHR systems and third-party applications.
• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians and IT staff, to meet project goals.
• Provide ongoing support, upgrades, and enhancements for deployed Oracle Health systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health Millennium, especially Emergency Department modules.
• Proven track record with federal healthcare implementations and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA).
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows in Emergency Departments and acute care settings.
• Expertise in Oracle Health configuration, activation, and optimization tools.
• Excellent consulting skills with experience in stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or related field; certifications preferred.
