Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health Millennium solutions for Federal agencies. This role involves collaborating with government teams to implement healthcare systems that enhance operational efficiency and patient care. Join our Global Enterprise Consulting (GEC) team to drive impactful Oracle Health initiatives across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Health Millennium modules for Federal healthcare systems.
• Configure and activate core functionalities including patient management, clinical workflows, and billing.
• Provide expert implementation support, troubleshooting issues during deployment phases.
• Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis with agency stakeholders.
• Develop customized reports, dashboards, and integrations using Oracle tools.
• Train end-users and create documentation for system adoption.
• Ensure compliance with Federal regulations such as HIPAA and FISMA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) solutions.
• Proven track record working with U.S. Federal agencies or government healthcare projects.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Health modules (e.g., PowerChart, SurgiNet, PathNet).
• Strong consulting skills with expertise in design, configuration, and activation.
• Familiarity with Federal compliance standards and security protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field; certifications preferred.
