Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health Millennium solutions for Federal agencies. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Health Millennium modules for HBPC workflows.
• Activate and deploy solutions across Federal agency environments.
• Provide expert implementation support and troubleshooting during go-live phases.
• Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis with stakeholders.
• Develop custom configurations, workflows, and reports tailored to HBPC needs.
• Train end-users and create comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security standards.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies post-implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Health Millennium implementations.
• Proven expertise in HBPC or similar healthcare workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Federal healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, VA standards).
• Experience with system configuration, activation, and support.
• Excellent consulting skills with ability to manage client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field; certifications preferred.
