Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - Oracle Health - INA to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health Millennium solutions for Federal agencies across the United States. This role involves leading implementations to enhance healthcare operations and compliance. Join our team to drive impactful federal health IT transformations.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Oracle Health Millennium solutions tailored to Federal agency needs.
• Configure system modules including clinical, financial, and operational workflows.
• Lead activation and go-live processes for seamless implementations.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization post-deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and agency staff.
• Ensure compliance with Federal regulations like HIPAA and FISMA.
• Develop documentation, test plans, and migration strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health Millennium solutions.
• Proven track record with Federal healthcare projects (e.g., VA, DoD).
• Expertise in INA (Integrated Nursing Application) configurations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT standards and interoperability.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
