Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health Millennium solutions for Federal agencies. This role focuses on the Phys Track module, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of healthcare systems. Join our team to drive impactful digital transformation in government healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Health Millennium Phys Track modules for Federal clients.
• Conduct system activation, testing, and go-live support for healthcare implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of deployed Oracle Health systems.
• Develop customized workflows, reports, and integrations within the Millennium platform.
• Train end-users and agency staff on Phys Track functionality and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Federal regulations, including HIPAA and security standards.
• Document implementations and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health Millennium solutions, with focus on Phys Track.
• Proven track record of successful Federal agency healthcare system deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Health configuration, activation, and support processes.
• Experience with healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and Federal compliance requirements.
• Excellent consulting skills, including stakeholder management and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field; certifications preferred.
