Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health Millennium solutions for Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Join our passionate Federal Consulting team dedicated to shaping electronic health records for active-duty service members, veterans, and Native American communities. This role focuses on Rehab module expertise to deliver mission-critical healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of Oracle Health Millennium Rehab modules for federal healthcare implementations.
• Configure and activate system workflows, ensuring compliance with federal regulations like HIPAA and FISMA.
• Provide hands-on support during go-live phases and post-implementation optimization.
• Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis with clinical stakeholders in rehabilitation services.
• Develop custom reports, interfaces, and integrations using Oracle tools.
• Train end-users and create documentation for Rehab module functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents.
• Stay current on Oracle Health updates and contribute to best practice methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health Millennium, with focus on Rehab or Acute Care modules.
• Proven track record delivering solutions for Federal agencies (DoD, VA, IHS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, particularly rehabilitation and therapy services.
• Experience with Oracle configuration tools, scripting, and HL7/FHIR integrations.
• Active security clearance (Secret or higher) or eligibility to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
