Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex PLSQL stored procedures, packages, and database objects for Oracle Banking products.
• Build and maintain Java-based applications integrating with FLEXCUBE and DIGIX platforms.
• Lead new implementations, system upgrades, and customizations for financial services clients.
• Provide managed services, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in Retail, Corporate, and Wealth Banking domains.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and coding standards.
• Develop analytics, pricing, billing, leasing, and lending modules using Oracle technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in PLSQL development and Oracle Database administration.
• Strong proficiency in Java (J2EE, Spring) with experience in financial services applications.
• Proven expertise in FLEXCUBE, DIGIX, or Oracle Banking products.
• Experience in implementations, upgrades, and managed services for banking domains.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
