Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health Millennium solutions for Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Join our passionate Federal Consulting team shaping electronic health records for active-duty service members, veterans, and Native American communities. This role focuses on the Prosthetic & Sensory Aids Service within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle Health Millennium modules for Prosthetic & Sensory Aids Service.
• Lead implementation and activation of solutions across Federal healthcare agencies.
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for deployed Oracle systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user training sessions.
• Develop custom reports and integrations for prosthetic and sensory aid management.
• Ensure compliance with Federal regulations and security standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Health Millennium implementations.
• Proven expertise in Prosthetic & Sensory Aids Service configurations.
• Strong knowledge of Federal healthcare systems (DoD, VA, IHS, USCG).
• Experience with EHR design, configuration, and go-live support.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required.
