Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - RadNet to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health Millennium solutions for Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Responsibilities

• Design and architect Oracle Health Millennium solutions tailored to Federal agency requirements.
• Configure and customize Oracle systems to meet specific healthcare workflows and compliance needs.
• Lead activation and go-live processes for Oracle implementations across multiple sites.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization post-implementation.
• Collaborate with Federal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and agency personnel on Oracle Health systems.
• Develop documentation, including technical specs, user guides, and deployment plans.
• Ensure adherence to Federal regulations, security standards, and Oracle best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health Millennium or similar EHR systems.
• Proven track record with Federal healthcare agencies (DoD, VA, IHS, USCG preferred).
• Strong expertise in Oracle configuration, integration, and activation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Federal clearance eligibility and knowledge of HIPAA/FISMA compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
