Overview

We are seeking an experienced FLEXCUBE Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team in South Africa as a Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FLEXCUBE core banking software and significant experience with FLEXCUBE Studio for customization and extension. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovative banking solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation projects for core banking systems.
• Customize and extend FLEXCUBE using FLEXCUBE Studio tools and frameworks.
• Configure modules including deposits, loans, payments, and trade finance.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members and clients.
• Integrate FLEXCUBE with third-party systems and APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and design tailored FLEXCUBE solutions.
• Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-implementation enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE core banking software.
• Proven expertise in FLEXCUBE Studio for customizations and extensions.
• Strong knowledge of banking domain processes and regulations.
• Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL programming.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in South Africa.
