Oracle is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Functional Consultant specializing in ERP solutions for our Taipei office. In this role, you will guide clients through Oracle ERP implementations, providing expert functional guidance to optimize business processes. Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, and HCM.
• Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis for client ERP implementations.
• Develop and deliver customized ERP solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide hands-on configuration, testing, and deployment support for Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Train end-users and create documentation for ERP system usage.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration and customization issues.
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation hypercare.
• Stay updated on Oracle ERP innovations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Oracle ERP Functional Consultant.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) modules.
• Proven track record of successful full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
