As a Senior Customer Deal Desk License & HW Drafting Specialist with Hungarian at Oracle in Bucharest, Romania, you will play a critical role in the Customer Deal Desk team by drafting and reviewing complex software licenses and hardware agreements. Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate software licenses, hardware contracts, and amendments for customer deals.
• Ensure all agreements comply with Oracle policies, legal standards, and regional regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to structure optimal deal terms and mitigate risks.
• Provide Hungarian language support for contract drafting, translation, and client communications.
• Analyze deal configurations to identify approval requirements and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track deal progress through approval workflows.
• Train junior team members on licensing best practices and tools.
• Contribute to process improvements for faster deal closure and higher customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract drafting, deal desk, or legal operations, preferably in tech/software industry.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and hardware contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive workloads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• BA/BS in Law, Business, or related field; legal certification advantageous.
