Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network communications to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
• Perform rack and stack operations, cabling, and power infrastructure management.
• Implement and test network solutions for database and application environments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and capacity planning for data center assets.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy new technologies and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with data center security and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations or network technician roles.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking protocols, and Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with Cisco/Juniper networking equipment and fiber optic cabling.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Server+, or data center-specific credentials.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a 24/7 data center environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
