Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AI engineers in designing and deploying reimbursement-focused AI agents.

• Oversee development of ML models for claims adjudication, denial prediction, and appeals automation.
• Ensure AI systems comply with HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare regulations.
• Drive integration of AI agents with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and healthcare APIs.
• Mentor engineers, foster innovation, and champion best practices in AI engineering.
• Present progress to executives and stakeholders, influencing strategic AI investments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in AI/ML engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience building AI agents or LLMs for enterprise applications.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, billing codes (ICD-10, CPT), and revenue cycle management.
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms like OCI or AWS.
• Strong track record of delivering scalable AI solutions in regulated industries.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field; healthcare domain experience preferred.
