Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance business partner for OCI leadership at Oracle, overseeing capital and cash flow forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for end-to-end platform capex and supply chain operations. This role provides strategic guidance on key initiatives such as GPU procurement for AI. Join us in driving financial excellence for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital expenditure (Capex) forecasting and budgeting for OCI platform and supply chain.
• Oversee cash flow modeling, projections, and variance analysis across operations.
• Deliver comprehensive financial reporting and insights to OCI executive leadership.
• Manage end-to-end financial analysis for supply chain procurement and vendor contracts.
• Provide strategic advisory on GPU and hardware procurement initiatives for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Capex allocation and ROI.
• Develop financial models to support scaling of OCI infrastructure capacity.
• Drive process improvements in financial planning and supply chain analytics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience in tech, cloud, or supply chain sectors.
• Proven expertise in Capex planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong background in supply chain finance and procurement strategy.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure investments, preferably GPUs or data centers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g., Oracle EPM, SAP), and BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
