Overview

The Senior Director, Product Development - Strategic Customers is a customer-facing executive leader responsible for strategy, delivery, and operations for OCI’s largest customers. This role drives infrastructure and workloads at global scale, ensuring exceptional outcomes for Oracle's most strategic accounts. Based in Nashville, TN, it demands deep technical expertise and strong executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy tailored to OCI’s largest strategic customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customized infrastructure solutions at global scale.
• Own end-to-end operations, from roadmap planning to production deployment.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in cloud workloads, optimizing performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support to ensure customer success.
• Monitor KPIs and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of excellence in product development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product development, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record leading strategic customer programs at hyperscale.
• Deep expertise in OCI, AWS, or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing global teams and complex, high-stakes projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
