Position Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure delivers high-performance, secure, and scalable compute and AI infrastructure for mission-critical workloads. We are seeking a Senior Director (M5) to lead the Outbound Product Management organization for OCI’s Compute and AI Infrastructure portfolio. This single-threaded leader will own market and competitive insights, benchmarking strategy, data and analytics for product health, and customer adoption programs. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to inform roadmap and investment decisions, accelerate adoption of newly launched services, and drive customer and revenue growth with clear, executive-ready communications and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Outbound Product Management team to deliver market and competitive insights that shape OCI Compute and AI Infrastructure strategy
• Develop and execute benchmarking strategies to position OCI services as industry leaders in performance, security, and scalability
• Own data and analytics initiatives to monitor product health, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for product improvements
• Design and drive customer adoption programs to accelerate usage and revenue growth for newly launched compute and AI services
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to inform roadmap prioritization and investment decisions based on market data
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create go-to-market strategies and enablement materials
• Deliver executive-ready communications, including presentations, reports, and recommendations to C-level stakeholders
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for service enhancements and competitive differentiation
• Champion cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption metrics, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction
• Build and mentor a high-performing Outbound Product Management team focused on innovation and execution excellence

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or related roles within cloud infrastructure, compute, or AI domains
• 10+ years in leadership roles managing teams in outbound product management, market analysis, or go-to-market functions
• Proven track record of driving product adoption, revenue growth, and competitive benchmarking in high-tech environments
• Deep expertise in cloud compute services, AI infrastructure, and hyperscale technologies
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data analytics tools to derive insights and inform business decisions
• Exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present complex ideas to executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud ecosystems
• Background in AI/ML infrastructure product management or high-performance computing
• Proven success leading customer adoption programs resulting in measurable revenue impact
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with competitive intelligence platforms and market research methodologies
