Overview
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) delivers high-performance, secure, and scalable compute and AI infrastructure for mission-critical workloads. We are seeking a Senior Director (M5) to lead the Outbound Product Management organization for OCI’s Compute and AI Infrastructure portfolio. This single-threaded leader will drive market insights, benchmarking, analytics, and customer adoption to inform roadmaps, accelerate growth, and deliver executive-ready recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Own market and competitive intelligence, including benchmarking strategy for Compute and AI Infrastructure.
- Lead data and analytics efforts to monitor product health, customer adoption, and revenue metrics.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap and investment prioritization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate adoption of new services.
- Develop and execute customer adoption programs to drive usage and revenue growth.
- Deliver clear, executive-ready communications and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify growth opportunities.
- Track competitive landscape and provide insights to inform product differentiation.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in product management, strategy, or related roles in cloud infrastructure or enterprise software.
- Proven track record leading outbound product management or go-to-market teams.
- Deep expertise in compute, AI/ML infrastructure, or hyperscale cloud services.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in product health metrics and competitive benchmarking.
- Excellent executive communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Experience driving customer adoption and revenue growth in enterprise SaaS/cloud environments.
