Overview

As a Senior ERP Accounting Support specialist in the Philippines, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base, acting as their advocate. Your role involves resolving non-technical inquiries and technical troubleshooting via phone and electronic channels for Electronic Support Services. You serve as the primary customer contact, facilitating relationships and advising internal teams on escalated issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone, email, and electronic means.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Oracle ERP Accounting modules.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer support needs.
• Facilitate strong customer relationships with the Oracle Support organization.
• Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on customer situations.
• Handle escalated issues and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Advocate for customer needs to improve product and service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP support, preferably Oracle Financials/ERP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English for phone and written support.
• Proven problem-solving abilities in technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with customer relationship management and escalation handling.
