Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst in Oracle's Global Tech Central Finance organization, you will manage the Tech Cloud consumption-to-revenue lifecycle, including forecasting, budgeting, and in-depth analysis. You will collaborate with Field Finance, product teams, and Corporate FP&A to deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights. Drive process improvements, standardization, and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Tech Cloud consumption-to-revenue lifecycle analysis.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and identify key drivers.
• Collaborate with Field Finance teams to align on regional insights.
• Partner with product teams to support revenue planning and pricing strategies.
• Work with Corporate FP&A to integrate Tech Cloud metrics into enterprise planning.
• Lead process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights to support data-driven business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in tech/cloud/SaaS.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle financial systems a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex datasets and deliver insights.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis required.
