Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst, OCI Spotlights, supports financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for OCI’s key business units. Part of the Spotlights team in OCI Finance, this role drives financial excellence for OCI's largest segments and customers by managing P&Ls, financial modeling, and advising leadership to optimize economics amid rapid growth. Serve as a trusted partner to OCI executives in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial planning for OCI business units.
• Manage P&L statements for major OCI segments and key customers.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with OCI leadership to optimize business economics and drive growth.
• Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning cycles and variance analysis.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on financial health.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives for the Spotlights team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or FP&A roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modeling and financial software (e.g., Oracle tools).
• Proven track record managing P&Ls and supporting high-growth businesses.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into business strategies.
• Strong communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement.
