Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of OIPA policy administration systems for insurance clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OIPA solutions.
• Configure rules, products, and workflows in OIPA to meet complex business needs.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and fit-gap analyses during implementation projects.
• Provide guidance on OIPA best practices and optimization strategies.
• Support testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities for OIPA deployments.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge transfer.
• Travel up to 25% to client sites in the United States as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle OIPA implementations.
• Deep knowledge of insurance policy administration processes and products.
• Proven expertise in OIPA configuration, rules engine, and product modeling.
• Strong consulting skills with experience leading client workshops and projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States; must be eligible to work in Canada/US.
