Overview

Oracle is seeking a Senior Global Cloud Implementation Specialist for Global Payroll Operations in Bucharest, Romania. In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions across global teams. Drive seamless payroll processes, ensure compliance, and deliver innovative cloud-based payroll strategies for multinational enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules for global clients.
• Configure and customize payroll systems to meet diverse international regulations and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable payroll solutions.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle Cloud Payroll operations and upgrades.
• Train payroll teams and end-users on system functionality and processes.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all global payroll deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementation and support.
• Deep knowledge of global payroll regulations and multi-country payroll processing.
• Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll certification (e.g., Oracle Payroll Cloud Specialist).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with payroll data migration and integration.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Romanian or other EU languages a plus.
