Overview

Oracle is seeking a Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Security Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure robust security governance, manage enterprise risks, and maintain compliance with global regulations across Oracle's cloud and software solutions. Drive strategic initiatives to safeguard our innovative technologies while fostering a culture of security excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GRC frameworks, policies, and standards aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and prioritize mitigation strategies for Oracle's products and services.
• Oversee compliance audits, manage remediation plans, and report on key risk and compliance metrics to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC into product development, cloud operations, and IT processes.
• Monitor emerging regulatory changes (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and implement proactive compliance measures.
• Lead incident response coordination for security and compliance events, ensuring timely resolution and lessons learned.
• Provide training and awareness programs on GRC topics to enhance organizational security posture.
• Utilize GRC tools and analytics to generate insights, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced certifications (CISA, CRISC, CISSP) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or compliance roles within a technology or cloud environment.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (NIST, COBIT) and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Proficiency in GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow, Oracle GRC) and data analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a passion for Oracle's cloud innovation.
