Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python-based automated test frameworks for hardware/software integration.
• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cycles for product validation.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex test failures across multi-platform environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define quality requirements and test strategies.
• Perform root cause analysis on hardware and software defects.
• Automate regression, performance, and stress testing procedures.
• Document test cases, results, and improvements for continuous enhancement.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices in test automation and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware/software quality engineering.
• Exceptional proficiency in Python for test automation (e.g., pytest, unittest).
• Strong knowledge of hardware testing, including peripherals and embedded systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and version control (Git).
