Position Overview

The Senior HCM Product Advisor plays a pivotal role in Oracle's Cloud HCM Development Center of Excellence, ensuring the success of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across the United Kingdom. This position involves providing expert guidance on HCM product capabilities, advising customers on best practices, and driving adoption to maximize business value. Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers on optimal Oracle HCM Cloud configurations to align with business objectives and industry best practices
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase HCM capabilities and drive user adoption
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored HCM solutions, including extensions and integrations
• Collaborate with implementation teams to resolve complex product issues and ensure successful go-lives
• Develop and deliver customized training materials and knowledge transfer sessions for clients
• Monitor HCM Cloud implementation progress, identifying risks and providing proactive mitigation strategies
• Contribute to product feedback loops by gathering customer insights to influence Oracle HCM roadmap enhancements
• Support post-implementation optimization, including performance tuning and advanced feature enablement
• Mentor junior advisors and foster a culture of continuous learning within the Center of Excellence
• Stay abreast of HCM industry trends and Oracle product updates to maintain advisory expertise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in HCM systems implementation, consulting, or product advisory roles
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting
• Proven track record of successfully advising clients on HCM Cloud deployments in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes across recruitment, performance, learning, and compensation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
• Ability to travel within the United Kingdom as needed for customer engagements
• Right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification (e.g., Implementation Specialist or Functional Consultant)
• Experience with Oracle HCM Analytics, Redwood UX, or Fusion Middleware integrations
• Background in UK-specific HCM regulations, including GDPR, IR35, and pension auto-enrollment
• Prior experience in a Center of Excellence or product management capacity
• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a relevant discipline
