Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost retention and satisfaction.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local Romanian regulations.
• Facilitate performance management cycles, including goal setting and appraisals.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes using innovative technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multinational tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labor laws and EU employment regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle HCM) and AI-powered HR tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Romanian.
