Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Integration Architect (Oracle Health) in the United Arab Emirates to oversee the business and implementation process while building strong client relationships. In this role, you will design and lead integration solutions for Oracle Health platforms, ensuring seamless system interoperability and optimal performance. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex Oracle Health integrations across multi-vendor environments.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation processes, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop integration strategies using Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, and related tools.
• Conduct system assessments and recommend optimization for performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior architects and developers on best practices for Oracle Health solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to align integrations with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in integration architecture, with 5+ years focused on Oracle Health or similar platforms.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications, SOA, OSB, and healthcare integration standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale integration projects in UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (OCI, AWS) and API management.
• Excellent communication skills and experience building client relationships.
