Overview

Develop and manage Oracle Support relationships with designated large accounts or a small number of medium accounts throughout the engagement. Maximize customers’ use of Support Services, drive high satisfaction and referenceability, and protect/enhance Support revenue streams. Serve as Senior Integration Architect to ensure seamless Oracle integrations and optimal support outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic Oracle Support relationships with key accounts.
• Drive adoption and utilization of Oracle Support Services to maximize value.
• Design and implement integration architectures for Oracle systems.
• Monitor account health, satisfaction, and referenceability metrics.
• Protect and grow Support revenue streams through proactive management.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop customized integration roadmaps and support strategies.
• Advise on best practices for Oracle integrations and support optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software support, with 5+ years in Oracle environments.
• Proven experience as Integration Architect or similar role.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud, EBS, Fusion, and integration tools (e.g., OIC).
• Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical consulting abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
