Overview

Provides direction, leadership, and specialist knowledge to the Cloud Solution team in designing, demonstrating, and deploying Oracle Cloud solutions that address customer business problems. Guides the team to drive Oracle Cloud customer consumption through accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services. Based in Canada, this senior role shapes strategic cloud initiatives for transformative business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Cloud Solution team in delivering innovative Oracle Cloud architectures.
• Design and demonstrate tailored Oracle Cloud solutions to solve complex customer challenges.
• Drive customer adoption and consumption of Oracle Cloud services through targeted strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Conduct technical workshops, proofs-of-concept, and deployment roadmaps for clients.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud technologies including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend enhancements to Oracle Cloud offerings.
• Ensure team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions within project timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud computing with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical solution teams.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Fusion Applications, and integrations.
• Strong consulting skills with experience in customer-facing solution design.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
