Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for inventory accuracy and material accountability across data center operations.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics for live environments and new data center build projects.
• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party logistics providers for efficient material flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operational handoffs and sustainment.
• Conduct audits, analyze data, and report on key inventory and logistics metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards in all operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams in data center or high-tech environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management tools.
