Responsibilities

• Lead the JAPAC HR Services team to deliver exceptional employee support and query resolution.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and technology implementation.
• Develop and execute strategies for superior customer experience in HR interactions.
• Foster a positive employee culture via innovative HR programs and initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements for HR outsourcing.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with regional HR leaders on policy rollout and compliance.
• Champion change management for HR system enhancements and transformations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR services, shared services, or HR operations, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven track record in JAPAC HR delivery and multi-country operations.
• Strong expertise in HRIS systems like Oracle HCM Cloud or Workday.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving digital transformation and process automation.
