Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of NRB network expansion across global regions.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline network provisioning and operations.
• Design and optimize network architecture for AI/ML workloads and hyperscale cloud services.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver network capacity and performance targets.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors for next-gen routing and optical transport deployments.
• Implement network observability, monitoring, and predictive analytics platforms.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for mission-critical network issues.
• Champion network security standards and compliance across OCI's global footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network engineering/operations with 5+ years in large-scale cloud environments.
• Proven leadership managing global network teams and complex projects.
• Deep expertise in IP routing, BGP, MPLS, DWDM, and SDN technologies.
• Strong experience with network automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
• Track record delivering hyperscale network infrastructure projects on time.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
