Oracle's Data Center Design team seeks a Senior Manager to lead a small team of design engineers amid hyper growth in data center construction. You will drive design strategy for numerous large concurrent projects in the AMER region, championing green and sustainable practices. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanical, electrical, and other design engineers on data center projects.
• Develop and execute design strategy for multiple large-scale concurrent builds in AMER.
• Champion sustainable and green design practices across all projects.
• Oversee design development from concept through construction readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including construction, operations, and procurement.
• Drive innovation in data center design to support Oracle's hyper growth.
• Mentor and grow the design team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and Oracle policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center design, with 3+ years leading design teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Deep expertise in data center MEP systems and sustainable design.
• Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineers.
