Overview

The Global Physical Security (GPS) System Team oversees physical security technology across Oracle and OCI data centers worldwide. We seek a Senior Manager of Infrastructure Delivery to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of critical network infrastructure for Physical Security Systems in Oracle Cloud datacenters. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, scalability, energy efficiency, and compliance with Oracle’s security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and planning of network infrastructure for physical security systems across global datacenters.
• Drive delivery of scalable, high-availability network solutions in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
• Optimize network capacity and performance to support growing security technology demands.
• Implement energy-efficient network architectures compliant with Oracle’s sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align infrastructure with security and operational standards.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor management for infrastructure deployments.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for network reliability.
• Mentor and lead a team of network engineers to deliver world-class infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with 5+ years in datacenter infrastructure leadership.
• Proven expertise in designing scalable, high-availability networks for cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems integration with network infrastructure.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or similar hyperscale environments preferred.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of on-time, on-budget deliveries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
