Overview

Manages the ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring of compliance with information security standards and government regulatory requirements for Oracle's cloud products and services. Ensures alignment across design, development, and deployment phases. Leads a team to maintain robust compliance frameworks in a dynamic regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and execution of compliance testing programs for cloud services.
• Monitor adherence to information security standards and regulatory mandates.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies aligned with product lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams in regulatory audits and assessments.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks in cloud design and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed compliance controls.
• Report compliance status to senior leadership and regulators.
• Stay current on evolving regulations and update internal policies accordingly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulatory compliance, preferably in cloud or tech sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, IT, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, SOC, and other security regulations.
• Proven experience managing compliance for SaaS/cloud environments.
• Strong leadership skills with track record of building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
