Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead scalable, critical, and effective services securing all of Oracle's infrastructure. In this role, you will set the vision, drive design, delivery, and operational excellence for a highly visible service within OCI's security toolkit. Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the strategic vision for OCI's critical security services.
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact security features and enhancements.
• Ensure operational excellence, including monitoring, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and security stakeholders to align priorities.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams to foster innovation and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks to Oracle's global infrastructure security posture.
• Champion industry standards and contribute to OCI's security roadmap.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in security or infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading high-performing engineering teams at scale.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and security principles.
• Strong experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
