Overview

The Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (TPM) for OCI leads a team driving critical programs across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s core platform services, including commerce, billing, lifecycle management, and resource operations. This role partners with engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives seamlessly. The leader establishes best practices, fosters a collaborative culture, and helps Oracle deliver world-class enterprise cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of TPMs to execute high-impact programs across OCI platform services.
• Partner with engineering, product, and customer teams to align on priorities and deliverables.
• Define and implement program management best practices and methodologies.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from inception through successful delivery.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure timely mitigation strategies.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture within the TPM organization.
• Mentor and develop TPM team members to build high-performing talent.
• Report program status and metrics to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program/project management, with 5+ years in cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading TPM teams in fast-paced, high-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, including commerce, billing, and resource management.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
