Overview

Oracle is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff in India to join our Software Security Assurance team. You will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks in a cloud-native environment. This role requires expertise in building and operating cloud services using Kubernetes, GoLang, Java, microservices, Terraform, and computer networks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure cloud services and microservices architectures.
• Build and operate Kubernetes-based platforms for high availability.
• Write efficient code in GoLang and Java for database and application components.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues in production environments.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for scalable deployments.
• Optimize network performance and security for cloud applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software security assurance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with cloud services.
• Strong proficiency in GoLang, Java, and microservice architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience with Terraform for IaC and computer networks.
• Proven ability to design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software.
