As a Senior Oracle CX Cloud Consultant based in Romania, you will drive successful implementations of Oracle CX Cloud solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle CX Cloud modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops with clients.
• Configure, customize, and integrate Oracle CX Cloud applications to meet complex business needs.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-go-live support, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
• Stay current with Oracle CX Cloud updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Deliver high-quality documentation, including solution architecture and deployment guides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle CX Cloud Consultant with proven implementation success.
• Oracle CX Cloud certifications (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Strong expertise in Oracle CX Cloud configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Excellent consulting skills with experience leading client workshops and presentations.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Fluency in English; Romanian language skills advantageous.
