Overview

As a Senior Oracle EPM Lead in Bengaluru, you will lead customer engagements including assessments, solution design, implementations, support, and optimizations. You will work independently on enhancements, development, and issue resolution while ensuring timely delivery of project artifacts. Provide direction, mentoring, and coordination with customer and internal teams for successful EPM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements from assessments to optimizations.
• Gather requirements and design Oracle EPM solutions.
• Implement and configure EPM applications independently.
• Develop enhancements and customizations.
• Resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure timely delivery of project artifacts and milestones.
• Mentor junior team members throughout project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM (Hyperion) implementations.
• Expertise in PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, or Planning modules.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering and solution design.
• Proficiency in EPM development, scripting, and integrations.
• Proven track record of leading EPM projects independently.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
