Overview

As a Senior Oracle EPM Lead in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, you will lead customer engagements including assessments, requirement gathering, solution design, implementations, support, and optimizations. You will work independently on enhancements, development, and issue resolution while ensuring timely delivery of project artifacts. Provide direction, mentoring, and coordination with customer and internal teams for successful EPM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements from assessment to optimization.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for EPM solutions.
• Design and architect Oracle EPM implementations.
• Develop enhancements and resolve issues independently.
• Ensure timely delivery of project artifacts and milestones.
• Mentor junior team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and performance optimizations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM (Hyperion) implementations.
• Expertise in modules like Planning, FCCS, EDMCS, and PBCS.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering and solution design.
• Proven track record in leading EPM projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
