The Oracle Cloud HCM Development Center of Excellence is recruiting a Senior Payroll Product Advisor to ensure the success of Oracle’s HCM Cloud Payroll implementations in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities

• Advise on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configurations and customizations for complex client requirements.
• Lead payroll implementation workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with customer teams.
• Collaborate with development teams to influence product roadmap and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced payroll issues during implementations.
• Develop and deliver payroll training materials and documentation.
• Conduct payroll health checks and optimization assessments for live implementations.
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to the Center of Excellence knowledge base.
• Stay updated on global payroll legislation and Oracle product updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Deep knowledge of UK and international payroll regulations and processes.
• Proven track record as a payroll functional consultant or advisor.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer-facing roles.
• Experience with payroll integrations and reporting configurations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
