Overview

Senior PeopleSoft Principal Consultant specializing in Campus Solutions, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Serve as Functional Architect/Lead for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions implementations. Drive strategic design, optimization, and delivery of higher education solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional architecture and design for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules including Admissions, Student Records, and Financial Aid.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and fit-to-standard assessments for client implementations.
• Configure and customize Campus Solutions applications to meet complex business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and development teams.
• Develop solution blueprints, prototypes, and integration strategies with third-party systems.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client expectations throughout implementation lifecycle.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and production support activities.
• Stay current with Oracle PeopleSoft updates and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions functional consulting.
• Proven expertise in core Campus Solutions modules (Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials).
• PeopleSoft Functional Architect certification preferred.
• Strong experience leading end-to-end implementations for higher education clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in hybrid/remote environment in Bengaluru, India.
