Overview

Senior PeopleSoft Principal Consultant specializing in HCM, serving as a Functional Architect/Lead for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management implementations. Drive strategic design, configuration, and optimization of HCM modules to meet client business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and architecture for PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and provide recommendations for PeopleSoft HCM configurations.
• Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM applications to align with client business processes.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including testing, data migration, and go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance on PeopleSoft best practices.
• Develop and deliver training materials and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.
• Perform system integrations with third-party applications using PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
• Support production issues, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM implementations with 5+ years as Functional Lead/Architect.
• Deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting).
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Fluid UI.
• Proven track record of leading complex PeopleSoft HCM projects from design to deployment.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, cloud migrations, and integration technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global client stakeholders.
